Robert Frost writes about a theme of individualism, and it comes down to being able to choose between the two roads, which seems to be an indecisive conclusion. Frost writes that two roads look just as good, but the one that is chosen was a little less worn down and less traveled, and being an individual made all the difference.Īmerican identity encourages individualism it is emphasized to be who you are and to freely express oneself.
